Yes, you can! All accounts start with a free 30 day trial of NeverWait so you can see the value we provide. You're free to upgrade to a paid plan at any time. After your 30 day trial, if you choose not to upgrade, you can still use many of NeverWait's benefits for free, forever! We think you'll truly understand the value of NeverWait within those first 30 days though ;)
NeverWait can process subscription payments made by a valid Debit or Credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
Once you exceed SMS notifications allotment, further notifications are billed at $0.02 per message. You can turn off SMS messages from within the NeverWait dashboard to prevent further overages. Your allotment is reset at the beginning of every month. Team Members are a hard limit and it is not possible to go over your number of team members.
A "Team Member" is any barber or account created within the system, including administrative accounts. For example, if you have 4 barbers and a receptionist, that would count as 5 team members.
Yes, we provide a limited number of SMS notifications, every month, for free. Those limits are reset at the beginning of every billing cycle. If you happen to go over those limits, overages start at $0.02 per SMS.
Cancelling is super simple. From within your NeverWait account, visit Settings -> Billing and click the "Cancel Plan" button. Its really that simple! We will refund you a prorated amount to your account.
